Crossbanded and quarter-veneered throughout with floret-centred octagonal medallions within pearled borders, the rectangular top above three long drawers, with later foliate and rockwork handles, on shaped stile feet, inscribed in pencil in the top drawer, 'SIR FREDERICK HEYGATE-BART 15 BELGRAVE ROAD'
