A SILESIAN WINE GLASS AND ARMORIAL BEAKER
Mid 18th century
The wine glass with duodecagonal bowl engraved with men working the fields and with castles within strapwork, on faceted baluster stem and spreading circular foot engraved and reserved with printies and 'rooftops', gilt rim; the beaker engraved with a crowned monogram abovce strapwork, illegible monogram and flower branches, elabortae mantleing above oval printies, gilt rim, frosted reserved star to the inderside
5 7/8 (14.8 cm.) high and 3 15/16 in. (10 cm.) high respectively (2)
