RARE RIDGE VERTICAL
One of the consistently popular top producers in the state of California, Ridge Vineyards originally produced a selection of excellent reds from the Monte Bello Ridge in the Santa Cruz mountains, with a number of successful vintages produced as early as the 1940s - vineyard operations have now expanded to Sonoma and Paso Robles. Best known for Cabernet and Zinfandel production, other varietals such as Syrah, Grenache, Petit Syrah and Carignan are also grown. Of these Monte Bello is the flagship, known for it's grace, power, and ageing potential.
