RARE DRY YQUEM
Ygrec is only made when the winemaker decides to pick certain plots of Sauvignon Blanc grapes at the beginning of the harvest, and overripe Sémillon later in the harvest. Ygrec or "Y" is so rare that there have been only 23 vintages produced since its inception in 1959!
