A Chinese six-fold black lacquer inlaid screen
Late 19th/20th Century
The black lacquer screen painted, gilt and inlaid with hardstones, ivory, mother-of-pearl and wood, depicting an elaborate garden scene near a terraced pavilion with elegant ladies and servants, above square panels of pair of horses, all within stylised dragon borders, the reverse painted with birds among flowering plants, some damages and restoration
