A COLLECTION OF HERMITAGE FROM J.-L. CHAVE INCLUDING A RARE VERTICAL OF CUVEE CATHELIN
Domaine Jean-Louis Chave is one of the finest producers in the Rhône Valley and has a tradition of wine-making stretching back over 500 years, with records showing the family firm was established in 1481. Today the estate is run by University of California and Hartford MBA graduate Jean-Louis Chave, assisted by his father Gérard.

Cuvée Cathelin is an extremely rare Hermitage which is named after the artist Bernard Cathelin (1919-2004) who designed the label. It is only produced in exceptional years and in very small quantities. Lot 414 is a special vertical vintage case containing just one bottle of each of the only vintages ever made; 1990, 1991, 1995, 1998, 2000 & 2003.

Lying in Weybridge, Surrey (EHD)
