The octagonal body raised on four mask-surmounted legs and inset on each facet with a green jade openwork plaque of a shou character flanked by bats, with similar plaques on the inside of the handles, and further jade plaques on the cover and knop below a rose quartz cabachon, all enhanced by champlevé enamel borders and decoration
