He enquired after the quality, from Fourteen Poems by C.P. Cavafy (Scottish Arts Council; MCA Tokyo 49)
etching with aquatint, 1966, on Crisbrook handmade paper, signed and dated in pencil, inscribed 'A.P.', one of the 15 artist's proofs aside from the edition of 75, published by Editions Alecto, London, the full sheet, with deckle edges on all four sides, a few scattered pale foxing marks in the margins, otherwise in generally good condition
