composed of dress silks made up into flower patches on a honey yellow silk ground, with wide lilac silk borders

Inscribed to the back 'To M.H. 1847'
Provenance
Braddyll Family Collection, Conishead Priory, Cumbria.
Made by Frances (b.1805), Margaret Frederica (b. 1808) and Sarah Jane (b.1811) Braddyll, daughters of Thomas Richmond-Gale-Braddyll, Lieutenant Colonel in the Coldstream Guards (1810) and High Sherriff of Lancashire (1821.)
