Circa 1840, probably Apsley Pellatt, the sulphide possibly W. Ridgway and Son
Each enclosing an opposing profile portrait, one of George Washington after a medal by Pierre Duvivier, the other of William Shakespeare, the reverse with radiating fan-cut, within a black and wooden frame
