Designed as a hinged bulla with multi-colored micromosaics of angels, flowers and stars, each within gold granulation and wirework surrounds, the reverse with multi-colored micromosaics of a dove, flowers and starts, centering upon the letters 'AVE,' opening to reveal a circular compartment with a lock of hair, mounted in gold, circa 1870, with maker's marks
