Lot Essay

THIS SO CALLED 'DRANKORGEL' (LITERALLY: LIQUOR ORGAN) DERIVED ITS NAME FROM THE DIFFERENT SOUNDS OF THE VARIOUS BARRELS, WHEN THEY ARE UNEVENLY EMPTIED. DRANKORGELS CAN BE FOUND IN SOME DUTCH JENEVER DISTILLERIES, LIKE MUSEUM VAN KLEEF IN THE HAGUE.
