A Jeweled and Enameled Gold Cigarette Case
Marked Fabergé, with the workmaster's mark of Henrik Wigström, St. Petersburg, 1908-1917, scratched inventory number 20162
Rectangular with rounded corners, enameled overall with opaque white enamel stripes between bright-cut borders, the ends with trails of green and red enamel leaves and berries, the hinged cover with a diamond-set thumb-piece, one end fitted with a vesta compartment enclosing a match strike, marked inside cover and base
3 3/8 in. (8.6 cm.) long

The ledgers of Fabergé's London branch record that this cigarette case was sold to Mrs. P. Nelke on June 14, 1910 for 303 rubles.
