Cyrillic maker's mark 'V.R.', possibly for Vasilii Rukavishnikov, Moscow, circa 1890
Cylindrical, on a spreading domed circular foot, with upswept key-form handle, the body enameled with chevrons of white and dark blue pellets enclosing stylized flowers and foliage, all between turquoise pellet borders, the handle with conforming decoration, marked under base, also with Polish mark on foot
