With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1960 and its subsequent sale on 10 June 1960.

Reference 3445 was in production from 1961 until 1981. It is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, pp. 220 & 221.
