This lot is offered without reserve. The following three lots, 326 - 328, are from Hublot's Big Bang series of watches. Launched at the Basel World in 2005, the collection is part of Hublot's "The Art of Fusion" concept, incorporating unusual materials such as gold and ceramic, tantalum, magnesium and titanium. The model was an immediate success and rewarded with several international prizes, notably the prestigious "2005 Design Prize" in the "Geneva Grand Prix d'Horlogerie", the "Sports Watch Prize" at the "Watch of the Year" ceremony held in Japan, and the prize for "Best Oversized Watch" of the Editor's Choice "Watch of the Year" in Bahrain. Since its introduction into the market, various models of the Big Bang have been developed, presenting watchmaking complications such as tourbillon, big date, split seconds and others, pushing the Fusion concept to the limit in the quest for unusual materials and new alloys.

Lot Essay

With Hublot undated International Warranty card, instruction manual, black presentation box with glazed aperture in the cover and outer packaging.

The Hublot "Big Bang All Black II" chronograph featuring a ceramic bracelet was made in a limited edition of 500 individually numbered examples. The model is distinguished by the impressively proportioned case, crafted in black ceramic and titanium. The extra large black matte ceramic bezel carries 6 'H'-shaped titanium screws, sunken, polished and blocked. Beneath the sapphire crystal, the only one without anti-reflection treatment in order to enhance the black effect of the 'All Black' design, the black matte dial accentuates the exceptional nature of this timepiece with its applied black nickel numerals, the hands and date display also in black.
