Together with 4 other DNA offprints, including: Watson and Crick's 'Genetical Implications of the Structure of Deoxyribonucleic Acid' which offered the FIRST PROPOSAL FOR A MECHANISM FOR THE SELF-REPLICATION OF DNA; Cochran, Crick and Vand's first paper to derive the helical features of a chain of DNA atoms; and two papers by Gamow that were the first to propose a 'code' between the four-letter language of DNA and the sequence of amino acids in proteins.
