A LARGE BLUE AND WHITE MING-STYLE DISH
18TH CENTURY
Painted in the central medallion with six flowers amongst scrolling foliage, within a band of eight larger flowers on similar foliage in the well and repeated on the reverse, each edged by narrow classic scroll bands and key-fret below the rim in the interior, all painted in tones of cobalt blue with some areas imitating the 'heaping and piling' of Ming porcelain
