DAOGUANG UNDERGLAZE BLUE SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-50)
Of shallow form with gently curved sides rising to an everted lip, the exterior decorated with three registers of upright lotus petals, picked out in pink and green enamels, the stamen depicted below the rim picked out in pink against the golden-yellow pod, the slightly tapered foot enamelled in green with dark spots, gilt foot and rim
6¾ in. (17.1 cm.) diam.
