A PSEUDO-CORINTHIAN TYPE BRONZE HELMET
CIRCA 5TH-4TH CENTURY B.C.
With broad flat rear flange, the moulded eyebrows extending into a ridge around the crown, attachment holes on the crown and at either side on the lower edge, the decoration comprising deliniation of the eye-holes and nose-guard, with confronting boars below, a chevron band around the perimeter, highlighted later in white
