Engraved with a nude Dionysiac figure of a dancer, in three-quarter profile, advancing to the right, with right arm raised, a cloak draped over his shoulder and falling about his body in voluminous folds, a thyrsos(?) resting diaginally in the crook of this left arm

Formerly in a European private collection, acquired in the 1960s; acquired by the current owner from a Swiss private collection, Geneva.
