ATTRIBUTED TO THE SIAMESE PAINTER, CIRCA 340-320 B.C.
Side A: warrior to left wearing crested helmet and greaves, holding a battle-axe and shield with wave pattern border, warrior to right wearing plumed helmet and greaves, holding spear and shield with sunburst device; side B: with horse galloping toward an Ionic column, head turned back; owl below one handle, palmette below other, wave bands with central mask below rim, band of alternating meander and palmettes below, details in added white
