AN APULIAN RED-FIGURE PLATE
ATTRIBUTED TO THE PAINTER OF ZURICH 2660, CIRCA 350-330 B.C.
With female head in profile to the left, wearing radiate stephane and sakkos decorated with rosettes, disc earrings and beaded necklace, foliate branch and rosette in the field, within bands of waves and laurel, rays around the rim, details in added yellow and white
6¼ in. (16 cm.) diam.
