Wearing knee length kilt and short wig, 9 in. (23 cm.) high; and a further group of fragmentary items including a base from an Egyptian wood cosmetic vessel, carved on the underside with two webbed feet, New Kigdom, Dynasty XVIII, 1550-1307 B.C., 3½ in. (9 cm.) long (12)
Provenance
Item one: accompanied by photocopy of old collection label reading "authenticated by Dr. Cooney as 11th Dynasty Egypt, University of Ohio, 1970s".
All other items: formerly in the Bill and Jeanne Knoop Collection, New Jersey, United States, formed in the 1950s.
