The teabowl painted with two chinoiserie scenes within shaped quatrefoil gilt-edged Böttger-lustre cartouches edged with scrolls, the interior with indianische Blumen below a Gitterwerk border, the saucer with a turbanned Oriental standing by a child and a jardinière within a Gitterwerk border (teabowl with slight flaking to gilt rim, wear to gilt border, saucer with areas of wear to cartouche) (2)
