The stag hunt scene is derived Johann Elias Ridinger's engraving 'Parforcejagd auf den Hirsch'. A detail of the scene and the corresponding print are illustrated on p. 20 (the engraving is illustrated by courtesy of the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen, Dresden. Kupferstich-Kabinett, Inv.-Nr.
