Painted in a bright palette with a continuous landscape with travellers among ruins and trees, the interior with a puce flowerhead, gilt band rim and footrim (minute wear to rim)

A pair of teabowls from the same service were sold by Christie's, New York ('The Property of Canadian Collectors') on 20th May 2008, lot 136. The teabowls are probably from the same service as the teapot illustrated by J.F. Hayward, Viennese Porcelain of the du Paquier Period (London, 1952), pl. 5a.
