The centre with a vase of flowers on a fenced terrace, within a double concentric blue line cartouche, the well and border with three large gold-ground ogival panels reserved with lions and flowers, divided by flowering shrubs, birds and rockwork, within a blue line and yellow band rim (section of border between 12 and 2 o'clock broken into two parts and restuck)
