CIRCA 1725, TEABOWL WITH IMPRESSED QUARTERED CIRCLE TO FOOTRIM
Painted in a pale palette, the frieze of the teabowl with circular panels painted with Oriental figures alternating with birds, joined by gilt lines centred by lozenges and husks, the lower part moulded with up-turned flowering shrubs edged with a puce line, the interior with a flowerhead, the saucer with three similar large oval panels of figures about a central flowerhead medallion, the underside similarly moulded below small oval panels of flowers
