Comprising twelve each of: table forks, soup spoons, dessert forks, dessert spoons, egg spoons and tea spoons; 12 pairs of mother-of-pearl handled fish knives and forks and a pair of fish servers en suite; 12 pairs of ivory handled fruit knives and forks; 6 table spoons; pairs of: fruit serving spoons, mustard spoons, salt spoons, butter knives, jam spoons, sauce ladles and sugar tongs; a soup ladle; a pickle fork; 6 demi-tasse spoons; 12 each of table knives and dessert knives, a bread knife and a 5-piece carving set, the latter all with stainless steel blades and ivory handles; all contained in a brass-mounted, 5-drawer canteen
