The cup gilt with two exotic birds between branches and grasses, within a mirror-shaped cartouche edged with dots, scrolls and husk ornament, flanked by 'bat wings', the saucer gilt with two birds among branches and grasses, the ground gilt with veining below dentil rims (restored rim chip to cup, rubbing to gilding)
