CIRCA 1775-80, ENAMELLED IRON-RED CROWNED INTERLACED L'S MARKS, PAINTER'S MARKS FOR SCHRADRE, INCISED W INSIDE FOOTRIM OF SAUCER
Painted in the famille rose palette, silvered and gilt in imitation of cloisonné with a band of flowering branches, within lobed gilt bands reserved on grounds painted in shades of blue and gilt to simulate lapis lazuli, an insects to the centre of the saucer, the handle moulded and gilt with leaf ornament (small patchers of wear to silver and gilding)
