Tasting Note: Dark-coloured, the aromatically tight 1997 La Tâche reveals Asian spices, pepper, cherries and blackcurrants. This is a velvety-textured, expansive, and massively ripe wine boasting flavors reminiscent of liquorice and blackberry jam.
