Air Mail cover 1870 (20 Nov.) neat envelope (opened out for display) and endorsed "Ballon monte", addressed to Pest and carried on the balloon "L'Archimède", bearing Siege 20c. (3, all slightly overlapping) and cancelled by "etoile" and with Paris despatch c.d.s. adjacent, the balloon landed the same day in Holland and the reverse with "WIEN" (30.11) transit c.d.s.; an exceptionally rare use to Hungary.
