Meiji Period (late 19th century)
Decorated in silver wire and various coloured enamels on a speckled red and black ground in the manner of Namikawa Yasuyuki, with a central dragon surrounded by lappets alternately containing opposing dragons and ho-o birds, with bands of shippo hanabishi to the rim and foot, silver rims
20.8cm. diam.
