Original cloth, spine and front cover blocked in gilt, original pictorial dust-jacket, early, probably original glassine, publisher's slipcase stamped 'Riefenstahl' (slipcase lacking flap and with some wear, glassine chipped). Ink signature on the title, possibly by Riefenstahl in a late hand.
