With Patek Philippe presentation box, Certificate of Origin and product literature.

The present watch is the first example of the reference 5180 to ever appear at auction. This model highlights the mechanical and aesthetic perfection of Patek Philippe. The ultra-thin skeletonised movement reveals the exquisite filigree work of master craftsmen from the finely engraved movement Calibre 240 with 22k gold mini rotor to the green periphery of the crystal back.
