QING DYNASTY, 18TH/19TH CENTURY
Of rectangular form, the flattened top panel slightly raised above the graceful curvilinear domed cover and embellished with trefoil metal mounts on each of the four corners, the cover opening to release a pair of panelled doors in turn opening to reveal one large and two smaller removable drawers above a deep tray, the exterior sides applied with a pair of floral metal handles, the corners reinforced with metal mounts and rectangular flush-set hinges
