Preserving a central register with five standing deities interspersed with columns of hieroglyphic inscriptions, reading: "Who drives away the distress (or disease-demons?) of the gods [away from the land?] of the entrance/gate of the West in Abydos. The god is hale/sound, he has made this land to flourish when(?) [he has?] given/placed, the depths (of the Underworld) which come forth from/as Atum who is upon his throne, who stands on the staircase/terrace(?) who flies high; he will not be near (or attack?)...many names, the shrine...[name?] (of?) his falcon-images, he will not be weak(?), her (sic?) limbs will rejoice, her (sic?) bones will live, he is more enchanted(??) (or heavier??) than all the gods," a pictorial register above depicting Maat at the center flanked by wings on the right, a horizontal band of hieroglyphs in between, reading: "...who enters the sacred place in the place of the first festival (or, the first place of the festival), a governor/mayor thereafter, being/as God's-Servant Priests ("Prophets") there(?) (or, among them?)...[place?]...," painted in blue, red, and green and black
