A very similar cup made in The Hague in 1611, the maker's mark a fleur-de-lys, was exhibited The Hague, Haags goud en zilver, 2005 p. 295, fig. 207. A similar English example, gilded and with a plain stem, made in London, 1603, maker's mark CG in monogram, is in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum, (C. Oman, English Silversmiths Work, London, 1965, no. 34).
