CIRCA 1740, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK, PRESSNUMMER 4 TO SAUCER
The cup painted with figures on the banks of an estuary by tents, within a shaped quatrefoil cartouche edged with gilt scrolls, the handle with gilt foliage and a blue and yellow flower, the saucer with boating figures within a double concentric red line cartouche, gilt line rims (slight wear to gilt rim of cup, very slight scratching to ground colour)
