Lot Essay

A similar example is illustrated by Ingelore Menzhausen, In Porzellan verzaubert (Basel, 1993), no. 191 and also by Dr. Erika Pauls-Eisenbeiss, German Porcelain of the XVIII Century (London, 1972), Vol. I, pp. 530-531, where the author lists other known examples.
