MARKS RUBBED, LATE 18TH CENTURY
Circular tortoiseshell bonbonnière, the independent cover set with a circular oil miniature depicting a Rococo fête galante with a musician and revellers in a classicising landscape in the manner of the Van Blarenberghes, within a gold mount with stylised acanthus borders, the sides and base with similar mounts
