Circular box, the independent cover and base engine-turned with concentric reeding scattered with grouped and single pellets, the sides with similarly scattered horizontal reeding, the lid centred by polished gold concentric circles, a circle of pellets and money-pattern border, all panels framed by flutes, the sablé borders of the cover and bottom of the base chased with pink and green-gold scrolling foliage
