Folding engraved frontispiece portrait by George Vertue, titles in red and black, engraved head- and tail-pieces and opening initials, those in vol. I mostly by S. Gribelin. (Light blue spotting to some early leaves in vol. I, occasional browning in vol. II.) Uniform contemporary speckled calf, spines gilt with repeated coronet, red speckled edges (joints cracked, spines chipped, generally rather rubbed).
