Blue interlaced L's enclosing date letter S for 1771 and painter's mark for Aloncle, incised 47
Painted with birds on branches in a landscape and reserved on the turquoise ground within a gilt ciselé surround of oak leaves and acorns, the lower portion as the roots of an oak tree, gilt line rim
