De forme poire, les deux faces ornées d'un médaillon représentant une jeune femme vêtue à l'occidentale, tenant un sceptre ruyi, les côtés et le col à fond bleu-nuit et agrémentés de rinceaux fleuris, marque à quatre caractères de l'Empereur Qianlong à la base, le bouchon en verre
