A GROUP OF DIAMOND AND MULTI-GEM BROOCHES
Comprising a brooch, designed as a carved rock crystal plaque topped with a horizontally-set jade column, set at the terminals and center with cabochon lapis lazuli and sapphire, accented by single-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum and 18k white gold, circa 1925, with French assay marks; and a pendant brooch of lozenge-shaped outline, trimmed by calibré-cut rubies, centering upon an oval cabochon ruby within a circular and single-cut diamond bombé foliate surround, enhanced by sapphires and emeralds, suspending an oval cabochon ruby pendant, within a diamond, sapphire and emerald surround, mounted in yellow and white gold, (with pendant hoop for suspension) (2)
