AMUSE BOUCHE
Amuse Bouche, a joint wine venture with Heidi Barrett and John Schwartz, is a Pomerol-style Merlot/Cabernet Franc. Barrett has been the winemaker for numerous cult-California wine projects, including Screaming Eagle, Dalla Valle's Maya, Grace Family and Vineyard 29. Grapes from the Amuse Bouche vineyard and other vineyards where Barrett is winemaker are used to compose the blended wine, Vin Perdu, which is only bottled in jeroboam format.
