According to the vendor the signatures were obtained on the 19 March, 1964 at the Variety Club Showbiz dinner held at the Dorchester Hotel, London. The Beatles were presented with an award for 'Show Business Personalities of 1963' by the vendor's godfather Harold Wilson.
